I'm Trying to Be a Tyrant

Roland, transmigrated emperor of Caelus, bound to the Tyrant System, must squander the National Fortune. He indulges harem, neglects court, rewards corrupt officials, allows chaos. His officials misinterpret his actions as brilliant strategies. His attempts to ruin the National Fortune inadvertently lead Caelus to fight corruption, build a stronger army, improve livelihood, quell rebellions, defeat Tangris Dominion. A tyrant determined to fail is hailed as a sage king.
