Information we collect
When you create an account we store your email address, display name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID. When you watch, we record the episodes you play, your coin balance, purchases and VIP status, and basic technical data such as your browser, device and approximate country. Your browser also keeps a random visitor id, which we use to count visits, pages viewed, episodes played and finished, and time spent on ReelTV, together with your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and approximate country. When you are signed in, these visits are also linked to your account.
How we use it
We use this information to run your account, unlock and remember the episodes you paid for, process payments, count views, prevent abuse and improve ReelTV. We do not sell your personal information. Visit statistics are only for ReelTV's own use: we do not use them for advertising or share them. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes the visitor id. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use ReelTV; it does not receive your email or account details.
Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run ReelTV, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processors, and only as far as their service needs. We may disclose information when the law requires it. Google Analytics receives usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards only as long as legal and accounting rules require. To access, correct or delete your data, write to [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version; using ReelTV after a change means you accept it.
