A thousand years ago, Kyle was the greatest Sage alive—until betrayal forced him to sacrifice himself and seal away the Abyss Emperor. Now reborn in the body of a powerless academy reject, he’s mocked as a nobody with zero magic. But when a deadly Flame Demon attacks, Kyle destroys it with the simplest spell imaginable. Then the legendary mage Oswin falls to his knees and calls him “Master.” And when Kyle saves an elven princess and makes the World Tree bloom for the first time in centuries, the truth can no longer stay hidden. The powerless outcast is the legendary Grand Sage returned.
