War of the Golden Apple

At Marmont Sacred Heart, three power-hungry high school girls—Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite—fight tooth and nail for Yale's only early-admission spot, turning the campus into a modern-day battlefield for the golden apple. Hera thought she had it in the bag—until her boyfriend Paris hooks up with Aphrodite, humiliates her in public, and dumps her. As if that's not enough, her own father gets tangled up with Aphrodite and cuts Hera out of the inheritance line. At rock bottom, her archrival Athena pulls her back from the rooftop, helps her get back on her feet, and the two form a shaky, flirt-fueled alliance to take Aphrodite down together. But Hera soon realizes that Paris's betrayal and her entire downfall were all part of Athena's master plan. She plays along, pretending to keep the cold war going while biding her time. Once Aphrodite is out of the picture, Hera swoops in, snatches the Yale spot for herself, and burns every bridge they built. From bedmates to enemies, from rescue to revenge—every relationship is just another stepping stone on her climb to the golden apple.
